Todd Lubar began his real estate career in 1995 and knew, right away, that he had found his calling in life. He started out by working Crestar Mortgage as a loan originator and built as many relationships and connections as he could while there. In 1999, he moved on from the company and went to work with Legacy Financial Group. While there, he learned more about how to broker loans. A few years later, he went into business for himself and started up his residential development company, Legendary Properties, LLC. By drawing on his experience, he later on founded Legendary Financial LLC., which began to serve a specific group of people looking for a source of financing. In the late 2000’s, he became involved in commercial demolition and was able to earn quite a bit of money in the industry. Todd Lubar now lives in Maryland and loves to spend time with his 2 kids.
