Texas plastic surgeon Dr. Jennifer Walden was recently honored in the lasted issue of Texas Monthly Magazine as a Super Doctor. This award goes only to the best of the best in a chosen field. This says a lot. Especially since she is one of only 12 female aesthetic plastic surgeons in the state.
Born and raised in Austin, Dr Jennifer Walden Reviews received a bachelors degree in biology from the University of Texas. After sitting on the waiting list, she finally gained access to the University of Texas Medical Branch where she graduated at the top of her class. After a prestigious Miami externship, she moved to New York to complete a fellowship at the Ear, Eye and Throat Hospital of Manhattan.
Dr. Walden worked under some of the best surgeons in the U.S., including Dr. Sherill Aston, whom she refers to has a friend and mentor. She ran a successful practice in New York for eight years before pulling up stakes and moving back to her Texas home. The new mom to twins Houston and Rex decided it was best to have them raised near family.
Now that she’s settled, she’s opened the Walden Cosmetic Surgery Center in Westlake. Like New York, patients are coming to her in droves for rhinoplasies, eye-lifts, face-lifts and Botox. Dr. Walden says she has had a few minor procedures herself and encourages anyone who needs a confidence boost to try cosmetic surgery. It isn’t cheap, and in fact, certain procedures could set you back as much as $10,000. Dr. Walden on YouTube.
